Mr. Cummings is in charge of Business Development for Canyon Community Bank. He was the owner and operator of two successful retail stores for twenty five years. After the recent sale of his business Mr. Cummings enjoyed a brief retirement. Mr. Cummings previously served as a director at Kittitas Valley Bank for six years. Mr. Cummings brings to the Bank the ideal combination of banking and marketing expertise along with a business person's savvy.

Gary Gibson will serve as a Director of the Bank. Mr. Gibson has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of Russett Southwest Corp, an HVAC contracting firm based in Tucson since 1969. Mr. Gibson has been active in a number of business organizations in his long tenure. As a seasoned and successful CEO, Mr. Gibson brings a solid management background and a clear understanding of the building trades industry to the bank's Board of Directors.

Ms. Grassmeyer is a long-time consulting attorney and owner of Madeira Management Group, Inc. a Tucson law firm which specializes in regulatory compliance, employee benefits, and personnel matters. Ms. Grassmeyer is also a licensed Life/Disability agent and Property/Casualty agent as well as former licensed real estate agent.

Mr. Halverson is the CEO / Chairman of the bank. Mr. Halverson has had unique experience being an organizing director and officer of two other national banks, which were both very successful. Mr. Halverson has 25 years of diverse community banking experience, covering the full spectrum of a bank's operations ranging from the financial, to the operational, to the lending side of the bank.

Chuck Luhtala is the President of the bank. Chuck was born and raised in the Tacoma, Washington area, where he started his banking career in 1982. While in the Tacoma area Chuck served in a variety of positions, primarily in the commercial lending arena, for banks of different sizes; including a smaller community bank, a mid-sized regional bank, and a larger national bank. Chuck served as the bank's Chief Credit Officer from 2000 until July 2006, when he was named as the bank's President.

Currently, Timothy Prouty heads up the Tucson office of CB Richard Ellis and is responsible for managing that company's joint venture in Tucson. Timothy Prouty brings more than 22 years of experience in the operations of real estate services companies. In addition to a real estate broker's license, he holds a mortgage broker's license and has originated commercial loans with life companies, commercial banks and mortgage conduits.

Mr. Underwood is part owner of AAA Landscaping, based in Tucson. For many years his enterprises have supplied the area with high quality landscaping and design services. Mr. Underwood brings the Bank strong leadership and management skills.
